You do not need to arrive with a perfect file. Bring what is available and identify any documents still missing, especially where a formal date or deadline is involved.

Choosing the next step

We explain the possible next steps in clear language and identify the scope of any further work. A written proposal should make the service, fees and any separate costs understandable before instructions are agreed.
